– ENGLISH VERSION –

In High School, we repeat us often when our level is insufficient, if we weren’t succeed homework or exams that we will never be able to do something in our life : we will never find jobs and our life will be a failure. It’s like that our life is only supported by Mathematics, Philosophy, Geography… . i don’t care if it’s false or true but one day, after lot of repeated criticism from my professor, i began to write a music about these frustrations and this idea that they infuse us. Therefore, i come with the verse “No Brain, No Gain”

No Brain, No Gain is the first single that I released.
That was a first for me, a discover of the Musical Composition with my recent adaption to new software, the construction of an entire single (it’s important to precise “entire” because we have a lot of music that we never finish or released), the light discover of mixing to make something “audible”. Every Instruments are played by myself : the bass, the guitar, the drums, the keyboard and the sing. One day I will refine this first creation because for me that the creation that begin everything. That was for me a Goal and I think this is a Success. Now, I have just to stay on this way !

Au lycée, on nous répète souvent quand notre niveau n’est pas suffisant que si l’on n’arrive pas à faire les devoirs, les interrogations données, on n’arrivera à rien : on ne trouvera pas de travail, notre vie ne sera qu’un échec, comme si la vie dépendait uniquement de mathématiques, de philosophie, de géographie. Que cela soit vrai ou faux, un jour à force de prendre des remarques répétitives de la part de mes professeurs, j’ai commencé à écrire un morceau sur toutes les frustrations qu’on pourrait avoir et j’ai ainsi créé une musique inspirée de l’idée du monde professionnel que l’on nous insuffle. De ce fait, j’en suis arrivé à un refrain, une idée : pas de cerveau, pas d’argent ( “No Brain, No Gain” ).

No Brain No Gain, c’est le premier morceau de musique que j’ai sorti.
C’était pour moi une première, une découverte du milieu créatif que ça soit par mon adaptation très récente aux logiciels à utiliser, à la construction d’un morceau en entier (c’est important à préciser, on en a des dizaines sous le coudes qui ne sont jamais sortis), la découverte du mixage d’un morceau de musique mais surtout la maîtrise de tous les instruments afin de produire quelque chose “d’audible”.
Tous les instruments que l’on retrouve dans ce morceau sont totalement joués par moi, la basse, la guitare, la batterie, le piano, le chant. Un jour je peaufinerai cette première création car pour moi c’est le morceau qui a démarré toute la machine d’aujourd’hui. C’était pour moi un objectif et je pense qu’il est réussi. Plus qu’à rester sur cette lancée !
